Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no investigation is pending.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 9apps platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
9apps reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 9apps will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.
